We believe that even the youngest children can grasp the basic truth about God. So our time with the children is all about helping them to relate what is in the bible to today's world. We don't want them to simply learn it; we want them to live it!

Victorious Life Children' Church is divided into several different age groups. Age limits are a rough guide only. More than anything we want the children to enjoy their time at church, in an environment that helps them feel secure, happy and loved.

The children are in the main service for about the first 15 mins. We then go into the dining area for a drink and a biscuit. At 11am we divide into our groups which run for approximately 1hour. At the end we will bring the children back into the main hall.

We have an area at the back of the main hall with some quiet toys for any child who is too young or who would prefer not to go out with the other children. Parents need to remain with their children in this area.

J Team are aged from 2½ to 5yrs. We meet in the room adjacent to the main hall. Generally the criteria for being in this group is that they are happy to join in the activities. We aim to help these children have an idea of who God is, who Jesus is and who we are (or our response to God). We do plan in time for the children to talk, have a story, play games, do an activity and pray together. However we are very laid back about the whole thing and if on the day the children want to play more than anything else they can.

Our Kingdom Kids are aged from 5 to 9yrs. We choose where we will be in the school according to what we have planned. Our aim is to increase their understanding of who God is, who Jesus is and who we are, as well as introducing the Holy Spirit. There's no stopping this group. Their time is jam packed full of chat, games, activities, experiments, stories, bible reading, prayers, songs, in fact just about anything you can think of cramming in to 60 mins.

2KC usually happens on the forth Sunday of each month. It is basically a mixture between a kids club and Kingdom Kids hence the name:… 2 "k's" for Kingdom Kids and 1 "c" for Club. It is open to any child aged between 4 and 9yrs, as long as they will be happy and can join in the activities. We generally start at 10.30am and finish at 12pm. However 2KC is a well traveled group and we are not limited to inside entertainment so if you would like to come along it's best to phone the church office to check where and when we are meeting.
